I responded with a new helmet, and was shown what you had that fit my needs. Salesperson (Mike I think), was very knowledgeable, and listened carefully to my questions. He helped my find a great helmet, and helped me through the options.
I can only hope to get that kind of service in most stores.

"With all the Covid stuff going on, I figured it would take me days to get my new tires balanced. NOPE. Brought them in, and they were done before I made it home! (And there were several sets in front of mine - Thanks Jason!). Not only that, but everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and had answers for every question I asked. I have certainly not had this experience at other Cycle shops... Thanks so much to the staff... you'll be seeing a lot of me and my fellow riders!

"Customer service was great and very helpful. Which is a change from the last few times I've been in that store. The down side is that other than helmets their stock is very limited for other riding gear. I would give 5 stars but the mkjited stock on hand is a bummer."
